Inversagen AI was formed in 2025 by GATC Health & Inversagen, LLC a spin out of BioAtla. One side brings antibodies that switch on only inside diseased tissue. The other brings a model that predicts how a drug will behave before it reaches a patient. Together they fund and de-risk a pipeline aimed at the diseases of aging.
No one gets past about 125 years, and inflamed senescent cells are a large part of the reason why. That is a biology problem, not a fate.
Cells that stop dividing do not simply disappear. Some of them stay useful, helping tissue repair itself and holding tumours in check. Others turn inflammatory and quietly damage everything around them. Most attempts to clear senescent cells cannot tell the difference and take out both.
BioAtla's Conditionally Active Biologics activate only in the conditions found in diseased tissue, which is what makes selective clearance possible. GATC Health's engine then tells us which targets, patients, and endpoints give a programme its best chance. Ten molecules and more than 100 international patents sit behind that approach.
