Inversagen AI was formed in 2025 to combine two proven bodies of work: BioAtla's patented antibody technology and GATC Health's predictive AI. Together they give us ten drug assets, a Phase 3 oncology programme, and a pipeline aimed at the biology of aging itself.

GATC Health's engine ranks biomarkers, identifies targets, and models on and off target effects, ADME, and toxicology. Independent study puts predicted outcomes above 80% accuracy.

Conditionally Active Biologics

BioAtla's CAB and CIAO antibody platforms activate only in diseased tissue. That selectivity is what lets us clear harmful senescent cells and leave the useful ones alone.

Clinical stage today

Oz-V, our ROR2 asset, is in Phase 3 for OPSCC. Two anti-aging programmes follow it into IND-enabling work through 2027.

How can a model predict trial outcomes?+

GATC Health trained its engine on biological, clinical, and molecular data across two decades of drug programmes. An independent study put predicted outcomes above 80% accuracy against an industry failure rate near 92%. We use it to choose and design trials, then run those trials inside the same double-blind frameworks regulators already trust.

Why target senescence rather than one disease?+

Senescent cells drive most of what we call aging. Some of them are useful, protecting tissue and suppressing tumours. Our antibody technology is unusual in being able to tell the two apart, which is what makes clearing the harmful ones viable.

What validates the pipeline value?+

Ernst & Young analysed both the assets and the predictive platform and put each asset at $50 million to $150 million today, with commercial potential above $1 billion. Lloyd's of London has agreed to insure clinical trials on the strength of the same risk analysis.
